We recycle several things (as much as we can in our area)l, including plastic, glass, cardboard, paper, newspapers, and plastic bags. I feel like it is important to do what we can to take care of the earth that God has given us. It really is a small things to do and doesn’t really take much effort on our part.

We have been recycling for probably 15 years or more. We are fortunate to live in a city that provides pick up at our house. They pick up glass, cans (aluminum and tin), newspapers and plastic. We have a recycling center close to us and they have drop off for cardboard. There have been times that I haven’t taken the time, then I feel guilty. It is amazing how little garbage we have now. It is the least we can do for our enviroment.

Nope… I think if we had more space in our apartment we might be able to segment things better. As it is, we hardly have room for a decently-sized trash can. Perhaps this will all change as recycling becomes more commonplace and convenient. Maybe?

I think about recycling a lot but Jill and I have just recently began recycling at home. I think that it is important to recycle but more important to think about how we can reduce the amount of waste we produce.
