and I had to don the sweat band to wipe off the old forehead. Ok..it was not that hard of a day I just had this sweat band given to me by the student ministry the other day when we were cleaning out their storage area and I had to put it on. People around the office are not sure what to think…

Add a headband and some leg-warmers and your Richard Simmons ensemble will be complete. You might want to start growing your hair out though…

We have an upcoming table tennis tournament at BC so my trademark is going to be wearing this sweat band on my wrist while I play. I let you know how thing turn out.
