No. 1…

at last! The Tennessee men’s basketball program has been overshadowed by their football team as well as the Lady Vols for decades but that has been changing over the past couple of years. A huge stride was made on Saturday night when #2 Tennessee faced #1 Memphis on the west end of the state. Tennessee came away with a victory and secured a #1 ranking. Who know how long it will last…but I am going to enjoy it while it does! Go VOLS!!!

Brenton is nearly 9 months…

old and he is growing faster than I could have ever imagined.  Since Jill and I live in Atlanta and the family is back in Tennessee we don’t get to see Brenton but about once a month.  We had not seen him since Christmas until this weekend and he is standing (with assistance from whatever he can pull up on) and crawling like there is no tomorrow.  We had a great time seeing him along with the other family and friends that we were fortunate enough to catch up with this past weekend.  Thanks to all those who love and are an encouragement to us!
