fall asleep at work or not be able to fall asleep when you go to bed at night?

has arrived. No, I am not talking about adults or even teenagers…I speak of the baby Wii phenomenon. Check out these videos. I told you it is a console that the whole family can enjoy!
seems a bit silly to me. It ranks up there with a players strike, actors strike, or blog strike…? The people who are paid so that we might be entertained from time to time decide that they are not making enough money and so their union strikes until someone gives in to them or an agreement can be reached. While this makes some sense…the funny thing is it seems to only hurt the industry. I have not seen anyone hospitalized in the last month because they have not been entertained with new and innovative writing. I am a bit sad that the start of season 7 of 24 has been postponed but I don’t think that this is going to cause me any major grief. I was surprised to hear that the late night shows were some of the first to be canceled because of the strike. I was sure that these guys made that stuff up on the spot…people are paid to write this stuff…is this a joke? Now the awards shows are taking a hit from the strike and are going to have to try something new. So apparently people write the scripts for these shows too. I don’t know about you but this seems like maybe this strike is benefiting me more than I realized. Thanks to the WGA and the studios these writers work at for helping me to realize that I don’t need TV or movies to enjoy life!
strangest things. I saw this in a local restaurant this past weekend. I have issues with opening bathroom doors with my cleanly washed hands because the guy in front of me most likely did not wash his hands. Now I don’t have to worry about getting my hands dirty…I can leave that to my wrist. Thank you sanitary door opener!
was so much fun. As you can see below we had plenty to eat, including this 13 lb. ham that Cody cooked, as well as our first group picture. Who would ever imagine that a group of people could meet weekly for a years time and not have taken a group picture? Well we finally got one! Thanks to everyone in our small group for all that you are to Jill and I. We look forward to another 6 months with you all!
